Replacement and Return Policy: In our effort to provide the highest quality services and in the interest of customers, we offer our customers the possibility of replacing or returning the order according to our policy at Farasan Al-Shamal Store as follows. * Replacement and Return Policy: The customer has the right to replace the product if they received an incorrect, incomplete, or non-conforming order, or if it has a manufacturing defect. The customer should contact our customer service through our communication channels, and the order will be returned. The store bears the shipping and delivery costs, then sends another valid product or cancels the order and refunds the amount (within 14 working days) as per the agreement between the customer and the store. * Order Cancellation: The customer has the right to cancel the order before it is shipped or prepared for dispatch. * Note: 1 - To replace the product, it must be in its original, undamaged condition, in the same thermal packaging, and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. Farasan Al-Shamal Store has the right to inspect the product before replacement to ensure its safety. 2 - The customer has the right to request a replacement or return within a maximum of one week from the date of receiving the order. 3 - The consumer is not entitled to replace the product if a defect appears due to poor handling by the consumer.
